Evaluar si la mejora en los ingresos asociados a una mayor producci\u00f3n, los ahorros tanto de mano de obra\u00a0 y mejoras en eficiencias de uso apropiado del recurso h\u00eddrico y el control eficiente tanto en dosificaci\u00f3n como en eficiencia de aplicaci\u00f3n de un determinado fertilizante, son realmente suficientes como para compensar en un determinado tiempo de retorno la inversi\u00f3n inicial en estudios de factibilidad, preparaci\u00f3n de terrenos, dise\u00f1os de ingenier\u00eda, suministro de equipos, instalaci\u00f3n y posteriormente costos operativos de mantenci\u00f3n, mano de obra y energ\u00eda.<\/p><p>Es complejo escribir sobre cifras absolutas cuando las variables que intervienen en la evaluaci\u00f3n de un proyecto dependen de m\u00faltiples factores relacionados al tipo de cultivo, su propia respuesta a la tecnificaci\u00f3n y su capacidad particular de comportarse en el mercado, a su vez factores relacionados a la zona geogr\u00e1fica y el efecto del clima hacen que las estimaciones sean cada vez m\u00e1s dispersas en cuanto a sus conclusiones.<\/p><p>An\u00e1lisis financieros extra\u00eddos sobre distintas realidades pa\u00eds, ya sea en microriego o aspersi\u00f3n coinciden en que la TIR se mueve entre un 12 a 20% para proyectos con inversiones puras para periodos de retorno de 10 a 15 a\u00f1os. Esto nos habla de una rentabilidad s\u00f3lida, pero a la vez moderada por el alto compromiso econ\u00f3mico propio a desembolsar en la inversi\u00f3n inicial.<\/p><p>Para proyectos con financiamiento externo bancario o inversiones sujetas a la ley 18.450 de fomento a la inversi\u00f3n privada en proyectos de riego y drenaje, la TIR supera el 50% para periodos de retorno similares a los proyectos puros.<\/p><p>En tiempos actuales donde es de vital importancia reducir riesgos econ\u00f3micos, un an\u00e1lisis financiero previo a la inversi\u00f3n, es una herramienta fundamental para decidir sobre la importancia de tecnificar o no una determinada explotaci\u00f3n. Para esto es necesario considerar todas las variables posibles conocidas a fin de hacer de este calculo una correcta v\u00eda para la toma de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda el riego es una inversi\u00f3n rentable sobre la base de an\u00e1lisis financieros concretos, donde no est\u00e1 dem\u00e1s conocer e interpretar las variables que intervienen para una asimilaci\u00f3n real de lo que significa un proyecto en cuanto sus costos iniciales como operativos. Estos \u00faltimos, ser\u00e1n finalmente los que acompa\u00f1aran al productor temporada a temporada durante toda la vida \u00fatil de la instalaci\u00f3n, es aqu\u00ed donde toma relevancia el conocimiento sobre el dise\u00f1o de ingenier\u00eda, la correcta definici\u00f3n de di\u00e1metros en tuber\u00edas, selecci\u00f3n de bombas, alimentaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, entre otros m\u00faltiples factores t\u00e9cnicos, que asociados a una instalaci\u00f3n a cargo de equipos multidisciplinarios expertos pueden converger a que su inversi\u00f3n sea exitosa en lo t\u00e9cnico, productivo y por supuesto que sea rentable en el tiempo.<\/p><p>Cooprinsem a trav\u00e9s de su unidad de riego y efluentes es l\u00edder en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de aspersi\u00f3n en la zona centro-sur y sur del pa\u00eds, cada vez su oferta se proyecta m\u00e1s a nivel nacional con instalaciones desde Atacama hasta Magallanes, gracias a proyectos que cumplen con el objetivo de
